This course is aimed at learners who are interested in childcare and development and want to gain some underpinning knowledge in understanding the skills required to care for children.

This course is aimed at learners who are interested in childcare and development and want to gain some underpinning knowledge in understanding the skills required to care for children.
How will I learn?
The course is designed to develop your understanding of the importance of play in children's development. You will learn about how to plan activities and experiences and different roles available in the childcare sector. This is a remote attendance course. There are no exams or formal assessments. You will complete tasks which will be marked by your tutor as evidence towards your qualification Your tutor will give you feedback during the course and you will be able to self-assess how you are developing.
