Description
This course is for families who live in Petersham, Sawley and Long Eaton. Join this free, Family Fun session in Long Eaton Library. Listen to some spooky stories, make monster badges and bookmarks to take home. Grown-ups must stay with their children during the session.
This course is suitable for families with children who are getting ready to start or attending primary school to join in, learn, and have fun together. Younger siblings can attend but must be supervised at all times. All of our Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of seven purposes which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning. This course will help you to support your children's learning.
This course takes place in the library. There will be practical activities with guidance from your tutor. The course will be a mix of tutor-led activities and family group work. Your tutor will give you support and feedback, so you know what to do to improve.
All resources are provided. You may want to bring something to make notes. Please wear clothes suitable for crafting activities involving pens, crayons, and glue.
