Join us for Play and Explore – Story Sacks, a free, friendly term-time session for parents and carers to enjoy with their babies, toddlers and pre-school children at Ilkeston Library. Each session brings stories to life through hands-on story sacks filled with books, props and playful activities to support early language, spark imagination and encourage a love of reading. There will be plenty of opportunities for little ones to explore, play and interact, while adults connect in a relaxed and welcoming space.

Who is this course for?
This course is for you and your children to attend together. Our courses are for people who live in the EMCCA region aged 19 and over.
How will I learn?
These are library -based sessions. There will be practical activities with guidance from your tutor. Your tutor will give you support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.
What will I need?
You may want to bring something to make notes.
