All of our Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of the seven 'purposes' which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning.
This course is for building confidence and resilience in every day life. Building confidence and resilience involves learning practical strategies to manage stress, overcome setbacks, and build a positive mindset.

Our Tailored Learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
