Have you got a goal that you would like to achieve - this could be a dream job or a qualification that feels out of reach. Are you achieving your potential - maybe you have lot's of skills and qualities but don't know how to best utilise these. These sessions aim to help you create an individual plan that will encourage you to research, plotting small and realistic steps which will lead to achieving your long-term goal.
Who is this course for?
This course is for learners who would like support to map out a plan to help them achieve that dream job or a qualification. We will look at setting small, realistic goals that aim to help you achieve your full potential.
How will I learn?
You will learn with a small group, taking part in discussions and completing your own action plan.
What will I need?
You may wish to bring a notebook and pen.
