An introduction session to the Mentoring role. You will learn what a mentor is and what skills are required to be a good mentor.
Who is this course for?
This course is for people who are interested in becoming a mentor. It looks at the role of the mentor, when to use mentoring & the benefits of mentoring.
How will I learn?
You will learn online via MS Teams. You will learn through discussion & presentations delivered by a tutor.
What will I need?
You will need access to a PC or lap top to gain access to the session.
