Description
All of our Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of the seven 'purposes' which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning. This course will help build parenting skills and give you the confidence to support your children's learning. Each week you will learn about the benefits of reading with your child and encourage your child's enthusiasm for books.
Who is this course for?
This course is for you if you have pre-school aged children, live in the Fairfield area and would like to have a go at some simple and fun activities to support you with your child's learning as they prepare for nursery or school. Our Tailored Learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
What will I need?
This is a classroom-based course, there will be practical activities and guidance from your tutor. Your tutor will support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.
Are there any other costs?
This course is free, there are no extra costs.
