Description
All of our new Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of seven 'purposes' which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning. This course will help you to maintain your physical health and wellbeing. Learn simple and effective yoga practices that can improve your overall health and happiness. You will practice gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help reduce stress, increase flexibility, and boost your mood. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this course will guide you towards a more balanced and peaceful life.
Who is this course for?
This course is for you if you would like to improve your overall mental and physical health. It is suitable for beginners and those that have some experience. Our courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
How will I learn?
This is a classroom-based course. It is fully practical and can be practiced depending on your needs and ability. You will learn through following the tutor's movements. Your tutor will give you support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.
What will I need?
Please wear comfortable clothes that are loose fitting and bring a bottle of water for during and after the session. Trainers or socks are appropriate footwear. You may want to bring something to make notes.
