Description
All of our Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of the seven 'purposes' which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning. This course will help you maintain or improve your mental health and wellbeing. Do you struggle to speak up for yourself? Lacking confidence? Our new FREE course can help.
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who feels the need to improve their confidence and learn how to be more assertive. Our Tailored Learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
How will I learn?
This is a classroom based course. Your tutor will give you support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.
What will I need?
No special equipment is required, however a pen and paper would be useful for taking notes.
Are there any other costs?
This is a free course and there are no other costs.
