Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for beginners and those looking at easing back into exercise. Our tailored learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
How will I learn?
This is a class room based course, There will be physical activities with guidance from your tutor.
What will I need/
You will need to wear suitable clothing for exercise and bring a bottle of water.
